Sandy’s Desire for fashion

Growing up in the Melbourne suburb of Cheltenham Sandra had no idea she was destined to own a ladies fashion store in country Victoria.

Following the move to Neerim in 1990 with her husband and their three, now adult, children she became involved in retail management working in both Homewares and Fashion.

Some 15 years later, Sandy was managing Desire Clothing & Accessories, a retail fashion shop in Warragul, so when an opportunity arose to purchase the business she jumped at the chance.

Although it was “scary at the time,” she recalls, “I had a great team of girls working with me in Coral, Anna, and Andy.”

Sandy’s understanding of customer’s needs and her great sense of colour matching ensure the range and quality of clothing and accessories is current and affordable.

Sandy says, “We are always looking for new and exciting labels, so pop in and see us, you never know what you might find.”
