Big numbers enjoy superb hospitality at Warragul Business Group networking evening

The Warragul Business Group holds regular networking evenings for their members. Over thirty people attended the latest event held at String & Salt in Warragul recently.

String & Salt proprietors David & Michelle Cann provided a superb selection of fine food and wine upstairs in their cooking school at their Smith Street premises.

Proprieter Michelle Cann welcomed guests and talked about turning a passion into a business. She encouraged businesses to work together to promote each other and the town. Michelle said, “we've really made an effort to get involved in community events and networks and collaborate with lots of like-minded businesses. It's great to be able to recommend local business and know and keep money in our town", said Michelle.

Warragul Business Group guests were treated to a selection of dishes from the cooking school and invited to explore the diverse selection of ceramics, textiles, cookware, quality spices, salts and teas stocked downstairs. The store also offers a range of premium AGA and Falcon range cookers and their cooking classes upstairs have become extremely popular over the last year.

“Our networking evenings are a great way to meet and catch up with local business people in a relaxed environment and learn about the host’s organisation” said Warragul Business Group secretary Pauline Luchetta.
