Correction

Nilma country musician Gavan Arden’s ninth CD was posthumously launched at Darnum Musical Village on Sunday to family, friends, fans and fellow musicians.

One of Australia’s foremost bush balladeers, the noted musician died in April just after finishing his ninth CD, “Keeping it Country”.

Mr Arden was inducted into Tamworth’s Country Music Hands of Fame in 2012. An article in last week’s Gazette incorrectly stated the year of his induction.
