VIEW clubs of Australia are celebrating 55 years.

Members sponsored 1222 learning for life students in helping them succeed at school and build promising futures.

Susan Newcombe spoke on the Kairos Prison Ministries at the June meeting,

Members farewelled Veronica Quirk, who is relocating to Queensland.

Other activities this month include a gala luncheon, afternoon coffee and a fundraising barbecue.

The club will celebrate Christmas in July on Wednesday, July 1.

The club reminds members to bring an op shop gift.
