Winners were Ross Thompson/Brett Thompson four and three over Gary Denholm/Phil Fennell and Richard Wotherspoon/Daniel Sealy three and two over Alan Singline/John McDonough.

The final will be played next Saturday at 12.30pm.

A field of 153 contested a stableford. Results: A grade: Alan Walker 40, Jeff Tellefson 38, Dean Bubeck 38.

Next was Paul Kennedy one back on 40. Birdie: Chris Harrison seventh. Peter Trickett scored an eagle two on the 11th.

Women’s winner was Lyn Morrison with 33 points.

The men’s pennant ladders after Sunday’s third round are:

Judy Sherman won A grade with 36 points.

Marg McNulty won B grade with 31 points and C grade winner was Molly Answerth with 29 points.

Balls down the line went to Lyn Morrison 33, Debbie Corstorphin 33, Kerri Ahearn 33, Del Baker 32, Janine Williams 31, Sandy Heenan 31, Carol Stephen 30, Marie Veitch 30 and Kylie Golding 29.

Winner of the nine-hole stableford event was Margaret Bilston with 12 points, with a ball down the line going to Eileen Hill with 11 points.

Nearest the pins seventh Sue Rose, 15th Judy Shearman and 18th pro pin was won by Carol Stephen.

The playing of the final for the Logan trophy was held on Friday between partners Lisa Heggart and Anna Boyd, up against Kerri Ahearn and Kylie Golding..

The victors on the day were Kerri Ahearn and Kylie Golding winning six and five after squaring the 13th for the win.
